Terrible customer service from Ritika Saini. After booking in to view an apartment and driving two hours to see it, the agent was a no show. I called and they said it had been cancelled. They made no attempt to try and reschedule a viewing that would suit us and our travel plans.

Bad service. They just want get some money when you finish contract. Eg. even it clean ,they still want to charge you clean fee. And furniture.

I planned to take time off work and drove 40 minutes to attend an apartment viewing in the CBD with agent Ritika Saini. She did not attend the viewing and gave 0 notice at all to myself and others who were there to view the property. She did not pick up any calls as well. It's been a few days now - herself and the company have still not reached out to apologise or acknowledge the situation.Avoid going through Ritika whatsoever! Unfortunately, it seems like a lack of professionalism is a common theme for this company and some of their agents.

Sophie and Meet from Impression real estate help me to find my new studio apartment under my budget. They were really helpful. Sophie , is a very professional lady and highly dedicated towards her work. Thanks for such a being nice landlord and I highly recommend others if they are looking for apartment then they must contact Sophie because she is the best.Regards- Varun

We had a really good experience with Impression real estate during property investment and the property manager, Meet, was incredibly helpful and professional. He answered all our questions thoroughly and was always ready to offer his help and advice. If there were any issues with the property, Meet lead us through a maintenance process and always explained the situation at different stages. He really knows what he does!

They are conducting viewings of flats at 430 Queen St (Volt) that are in deplorable conditions. They don’t even bother to pick up trash in the flat before showing it… the bare minimum. When I commented about the insect infestation, the employee showing the apartment said “don’t worry about the cockroaches, they wont be there when you move in”. Seriously??? She claimed the same for the broken bed also covered in roaches. Some still crawling on the wall in the flat when 20+ people are booked in to view…They are wasting people’s time by trying to sell them unfit flats at $500pw. Their reputation will be tainted if they continue to do this. Why would I go see another viewing listed under this company if they are showing me an unlivable unit? Totally exploiting desperate people during Auckland’s current housing crisis and it’s unethical and unprofessional.TLDR: Don’t waste your time by going to their viewings unless you simply have time to waste.

Sheryl is an excellent property manager for my apartment - I have had a lease with Impression for over a year now and Sheryl is always quick to respond and resolve any issues. Having a great property manager really makes all the difference and I was happy to extend my lease knowing she would continue to manage the unit.

I was offered a great place to rent. Gilbert (specially) has been of great help. Good and prompt communication with him ensured that my move out from the apartment was smooth. Bond returned on time.
