I always get the V-Twin Vege burger but this time there no plum sauce, no relish nor Aioli only Ketchup, the patty wasn't cooked well. disappointed.The Modifried Thunderbird was ok

It was busy on a Friday night, but the food was made in good time and cooked fresh. When I asked about a missing box of spud fries, no issues and it was resolved quickly. The $12 kids meals are good value and you can just pay extra to swap the drinks. Check out the Specials" as it's good value. Excellent quality and value"

Lacks consistency. Sometimes it’s good, sometimes it’s terrible! I’ve had an amazing few burgers and then some overly salty, overcooked, poorly assembled ones. Quite pricey for a fast food joint so when the food isn’t up to scratch, it’s really disappointing. On more than one occasion, they failed to add enough flavour in the shake and it ended up tasting like vanilla soft serve with milk. Disappointing when you order a caramel shake and it tastes like vanilla ice cream. And super annoying when you order take-out and get home to that.

Been here many times. Always appreciated the service here and the food. They’ve always gotten our orders right, have always been very friendly, the food is always hot and fresh, shakes are nice and thick - burger fuel in general has a very high standard compared to other fast food outlets and the Botany story is another prime example of that.

A lil disappointed with my order that was pre purchased online. Sure the place was very busy upon arrival. Staff were pleasant & friendly. No complaints there, I'm not sure that it was the drive home or not but my kumara chips & burger were barely warmed. Lucky I was at home by then, chucked in the microwave for 30secs then I was happy. Good fast food otherwise!. Rather BurgerFuel than Maccas any time.

Guy that served us was super lovely and friendly and accommodating. Food was good and fast. Can’t fault service and food. Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the it wasn’t the cleanest BF and bathroom was really gross and smelt like urine and the floor around toilet was wet and I don’t think it was water…… otherwise best kumara fries have had in a while as they didn’t over cook them like most BF stores :).

Thought the new breakfast menu looked like it was worth a try, especially the coffee.The coffee shake along with the hash bites were excellent.... Brat burger wasn't anything special though, unfortunately, and the good Joe black coffee wasn't that memorable eitherThe shake is 100% definitely worth visiting for!!

Not what it was, unfortunately. And, greatly overpriced for what it is. Fries seemed to be the end of the batch with all small pieces filling up the box (seemed like staff couldn't be bothered to make a new batch). Also, the meat wasn't as good as the past. Thought l'd give Burger Fuel one more chance but unfortunately will never eat there again.
