The worst takeout to deal with, workers are lazy and we wait so long to receive cold food, same thing with drive thru. This store needs to shut down and open a MC DONALDS here, where there's fast service and the workers have the urgency to make sure food is fresh. Please BK shut down. Sometimes just spend $60+ but no more wasting money here at Wellington Airport BK .

Unhappy with XL Burger: excessive sauce so ingredients slid off bun, $68 for 2 XL large meals and nacho chicken tenders 10 pcs. Had to return to store for forgotten tenders - happens everytime I've used the drive through. Not worth the money nor the double trip time.

The workers are rude to nearly every customer they greet ESPECIALLY ALL THE RUDE PACIFIC ISLAND GIRLS!! the place is always in a mess, the food always taste like it's going off and management is just as rude as their co-workers. This place needs an inspection aswel as an entire team change! There were 2 young workers their that looked like they had just started and the poor things looked to scared to tell the manager that they didn't know what to do because obviously they haven't been trained properly. This place is getting worse and worse as the years go by.

Waited there for my family to come and have a whopper and this rude woman appeared next to my car with city fitness black uniform opened her door and hit my car door and told me I should not park there, very rude do not assume people who park there are just using the carpark you are chasing customers away. I don’t care if you are a manager you would have been responsible for any damage on my door. We ended up at KFC because of her. I won’t recommend this place to anyone now.

I always stop here while waiting for flights to land whenever I do an airport pick-up. The place is clean, friendly staff and the food was great. Hot chocolate was lovely.

Lady behind counter didn't know what she was doing. The toilet was absolutely disgusting, to the point it prob needs fumigation. Somehow we ended up with extra food?! Also you will not be served by anyone who speaks clear English.

Didn't open until 8am, short staffed so food took a bit longer, staff member there was pleasant and helpful, don't normally eat BK as have had previous bad experiences with food, however it was better than what I thought it would be.

Stay away from these guys. You are safer to buy from the zoo. I noted someone posted about staff spitting in the meals yesterday, today, someone picked their nose while handling peoples meals. I didn't take my meal and yet paid for it. When I called to complain, no one returned the call

Wot a shocker! Staff unpleasant, unfriendly, unhelpful… couldn’t possibly spare an extra serviette. Bring in a health inspector! The place was visibly dirty. Hate to think what the bacterial screening of benchtop food-prep areas would show. Unwiped dirty dining tables, dining room bins overflowing, food was barely warm - yes I should have taken it back but at the time I was so incredibly hungry. Either close the branch or get rid of the franchise holder. Disgraceful.
