Make sure you observe the transport at owners risk clause they cover themselves with and do a very thorough check on delivery of your bike. Mine arrived damaged however due to the delivery being late in the afternoon early evening and at the end of a busy day unloading a furniture truck it wasn't until the next day I noticed damage to my petrol tank etc. which would appear to be from a strop that has been flung against it.Their communication was poor although I gave them the benefit of the doubt due to Covid and short staffing but be prepared to chase up your correspondence. Needless to say the outcome which was they accepted no responsibility has left a very sour taste and distrust of this company and staff who obviously know something but refuse to admit liability. The person that collected my bike appeared to be professional and thorough but unfortunately your bike goes through a process of storage and a different delivery vehicle and I would assume this is where things go from good to bad.

Hired BikeTranz to transport 2 bikes from Auckland to Hamilton. Excellent service - very pleased when I saw how the bikes were secured and full confidence in Marty handling them safely.When you factor in losing a day of work, much much cheaper than DIYing it with a trailer, and the VAN is much safer and more secure.Communication from Adele and Marty was excellent. Even better was how professionally they handled being mucked around by the import company.Would definitely hire them again!
