I've been here a few times. For some reason, when you order to dine in and table delivery, the staff take 3 times as long to give you your food. I swear you would get it faster by asking for takeaway and waiting by the counter. Atleast two times I've had table delivery, waited 8-10 mins and then have gone to the counter and my order is just sitting there going cold.Also the coffee tastes horrible compared to other macdonalds. Probably need to backflush the machine more regularly and have actual trained baristas. Wasn't able to drink the last 3 long blacks I ordered, so I just stopped buying coffee here.

Fries were stone cold along with burgers. Had clearly been sitting under a warmer for ages. One burger ordered was supposed to be a serious Angus but was a texan.

I won't be back. Not happy with my order being left on the counter to cool instead of being delivered to my table. I don't like barely-warm chips. Fyi it was mid-afternoon, restaurant wasn't busy and seemed to have plenty of staff. Restaurant was very clean hence 2 stars.

Sign at order counter advising to place your order using touch screens, which were not working. I advised staff member Jason that if you invest in technology to do away with face too face customer service then it needs to work all ask the time, every time. He took my order instantly and fast tracked it's processing. So why the sign in there first instance???

Didn't have what I wanted. (Wanted a sundae) but I did come in at 10pm at night so that might have been my fault. Said the sundae wasn't available not sure if that was because the ice cream machine is broke or they just don't serve them at that time.

The only bad thing about this McDonald's is the morning coffee. It's been a several times I've sent my coffee back because it's either been so hot it could melt the lid, or because it's basically instant coffee with hot water and no milk. I remember the girl who makes these terrible coffees is called Emma and every coffee made by her after several attempts is still terrible. She should not be serving barista made coffees because they are beyond bad.

service was ok took a long moment to answer the order and was informed I couldn't have a milk shake due to machine being broken (again)...food was fresh though and tasted good so thats the main thing I guess

I thought I would treat my son and I too a hot drink each after a nice morning at the park with our pup. Ordered him a large hot chocolate and me a Latte. Got asked to park around the corner to wait. Cool no problem. Cars start queuing behind me waiting for their orders. 5mins later, 2 staff members at separate times come out with 4 drinks that no one appeared to order? No problem, they go back inside. 15mins later, I notice a couple of cars behind me got their drinks, then 2 other cars got theirs too. I ended up going into the restaurant to see what was going on. They all just looked at each other. Long story short I waited 25mins for our drinks. Got mine and it was tasteless warm milk. I went back to hand it in to get another one. No sorry, no nothing just a shrug of the shoulders. Got another latte and tasted like burnt coffee beans. Won’t be going back.
