I’m so glad I was recommended to come here and see Ella! I’ve suffered from back pain for quite a few years and couldn’t find much that would help long term. My coach recommended for me to come see Ella to try accupunture and cupping treatment and I saw a difference almost immediately. I not only felt better physically, but also emotionally as now my back pain rarely impacts my everyday life and is completely manageable meaning I can train harder and enjoy life more. With the nature of my sport I also develop a few small injuries quite regularly and whenever I come in I’ll just mention them to Ella and she is always happy to help try and heal them and ease the pain whilst still doing my regular back treatment. She is always very happy and friendly and I always feel comfortable and welcome :) I trust her tremendously and couldn’t rate her high enough, I honestly don’t know where I would be if I wasn’t able to come see her for treatment. I am very thankful to Dr. Ella and Dr. Michael, they are very professional.They made sure that I am always comfortable during each treatment. With continous acupunture sessions, I am getting better and I am positive that I could go back to work next week.

Ella is professional and caring towards her customers. Every visit she reassess your injury and adjusts her treatment accordingly. She also takes into consideration other aspects of your life (eg. quality of sleep) and helps to improve them. She has also provided me with many exercises to do, ultimately improving my general posture and level of pain. I have been beyond happy with the improvements I’ve seen and felt under treatment with Ella and will highly recommend her to others.

Ella is amazing! She has many years of experience and is very well educated in Chinese medicine. Every time I see her she knows exactly what the problem is and how to fix it. Her acupuncture and cupping equipment is the highest quality and she uses electrical equipment alone side the acupuncture to help stimulate the problem areas more, to get better results. I was a professional ice figure skater I had on going injuries all the time, Ella helped me to recover very fast and continue to work hard without any pain. I would recommend her for everyone of all ages and problems that require acupuncture and cupping.
