NZIE is an excellent institution for anyone who is looking to gain practical learning skills and knowledge in the digital space. They offer a great variety of social media, design, SEO, email marketing and paid advertising courses to help build your digital skills. The tutors are caring, knowledgeable, passionate and supportive towards each student. NZIE equiped me with the theoretical and practical skills I needed to hit the ground running in the industry. I also landed a position in paid advertising on completion of my diploma as my employers could see that I ticked the boxes for my position. I studied the Digital Marketing Diploma online when the course first moved during Covid. I loved my time there! Now that I have moved into the industry, have I realised just how valuable and relevant the content NZIE teaches is.You learn how to plan digital campaign strategies all the way from identifying relevant KPI's, how to choose effective engagement strategies, completing campaign execution, reporting on campaign outcomes, ROI's and making further recommendations (data driven) to optimise improvements.Since doing the course I have moved to Australia and managed to find a job. Thanks NZIE for giving me the tools to do the job!Thanks for igniting a passion and driving my curiosity to learn more in this fascinating and ever evolving field!

I am a graduate having completed the Diploma in Digital Marketing as of May 2022.Coming from a designer background, with no experience in marketing or business, I found that this course provided a good foundation across all aspects of digital marketing. As I was looking to get into a designer role in the marketing industry, the broad skill set and knowledge I learnt throughout this course helped me to up skill and stand out during the job process. About a month and a half after I finished my studies and started job hunting, I managed to find a full time job as a Graphic and Web Designer.The Pros":-Highly knowledgeable tutors that are easy to get along with.-Decent exposure to industry tools and software-Broad coverage of all areas of marketingThe "Cons":-Some content overlapped between the different papers (though I believe they have made changes since I finished)-Some content was outdated

I completed the course called Create engaging content for Social Media" through NZIE and I found the course interesting and informative. I would recommend taking this course if you're a beginner to social media and need tips to create engaging content for your business. Steve (the instructor) explains a variety of easy to use tools that you can incorporate when designing your social media strategy.I found the course well structured

I recently completed a SEO Strategy Course through NZIE and was extremely impressed about the quality of the course. The faculty and staff especially Phil were incredible friendly and helpful！！！ Phil was so patient and help me to get the offer so quickly. Overall, I highly recommend NZIE to anyone who is looking for digital marketing education.

I recently took the Creating Video for Social Media course at NZIE. I found it informative. If you are about to do your own social media marketing or want to add a new skill set to your career, I would fully recommend you to do this course.Steve the instructor covered all the aspects of creating a social media video, from planning the storyboard, and filming to editing. You will be getting a well understanding of what tools and equipment you will need when comes to create a social media video.

I would not be recommending NZIE. My study group has experienced major issues with tutors, communication and the outrageous marking delays, people marking that are not the current tutors - I could go on but won’t. Just don’t go there unless they are prepared to demonstrate that they can deliver on expected tertiary fundamental needs. There is a lot of lip service and not a lot of action. Our experiences warrant a complaint to NZQA and full audit.

I studied the Diploma of Digital Marketing in 2018 and came out as Valedictorian upon graduating. My time at NZIE was amazing and I couldn't have asked for better tutors. I gained practical skills and industry knowledge, which helped me secure a job as a Marketing Manager for a business coaching & consulting company. I was able to directly apply learnings from my assignments to my digital marketing role and have crossed paths with many amazing industry professionals. If you're looking to up skill in digital marketing and willing to put in the hard work of studying at an academic NZQA qualification level, NZIE is your place!

I studied the Digital Marketing Diploma remotely through NZIE from the start of 2021 and graduated in Feb this year.I didn’t know a lot about Digital Marketing when I first started, only that certain aspects surrounding content creation and social media interested me.From my first conversation with the recruitment advisor Phil, right through to the end of my diploma (and beyond), the staff at NZIE have been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and supportive.I learned a huge range of interesting and valuable new skills, and I went from feeling like I had no options left post-COVID, to suddenly feeling like I had a huge range of opportunities and paths ahead of me – I just had to pick one!I did have minor issues with some of the course content doubling up in places, but the doubling up DID help reinforce some information (of which there is a LOT), and I believe the feedback on that has resulted in some changes already.Other than that, I have only high praise for NZIE.I highly recommend taking the plunge if anyone is considering a career in any facet of Digital Marketing.You’ll meet great people and end up with so many useful skills and contacts!

I completed the Diploma in Digital Marketing in 2021 and found the course to be both comprehensive and relevant to the modern world in which we work. There is a good mix of creative, strategic and technical skills learnt throughout the course. The teachers are knowledgeable but approachable professionals that want to see you succeed. As a mother, being able to work remotely was invaluable and I enjoyed the weekly classes. I highly recommend NZIE to anyone considering their options.
