Huge place! Watch out you don't trip on the concrete lip on the way in or out!!! Found staff quite posh, and are hard to liase with.

Very friendly staff but terrible communication and service. I have been trying to purchase a replacement vacuum tube for 2 months, I finally managed to get someone to take my money, you wouldn't think it was that hard, and have been waiting 3 weeks for it to be couriered 10km. I should have taken a day off work and picked it up.

Excellent value for top quality appliances, with only minor blemishes but full warranties. We've bought 2x dishwashers so far, and will no doubt buy additional appliances there in future.

Super helpful staff and good discounts off Miele products. Take your time to look at the mixture of discontinued lines, returns and ex-demo stock. We've brought a few things here from washing machines to dish washers at great prices and they have all worked well.

Great value with full stock of everything Miele. The warehouse is stacked to the roof with every conceivable Miele product. Have bought a number of different products and the quality never disappoints, at great prices
