Charlene is very kind, professional and an awesome communicator, she listens attentively, explained to me what product she uses, what she was going to do, as well as making sure I was comfortable. I love the techniques she uses, I felt very relaxed and had really enjoyed the pampering session with her.

Had my first ever facial session this morning and felt so relaxed after. Charlene welcomed me with a very friendly manner, offered me tea with a big smile on her face. The facial session itself was very calming, honestly wished I picked the longer session. Very satisfied with today's service, I highly recommend booking in a session with her as she not only does great facial massages but she's also very knowledgable and will give you great tips on how to take care of your skin.

Charlene is great at making you feel comfortable and cared for. She uses completely vegan and cruelty free products for the facial treatments. She is professional and lovely to be around and I always leave feeling super relaxed and refreshed. 5 stars!

Charlene offers a great service !! I would totally recommend it to anyone. She does her best to make you feel comfortable and asks you exactly what you want. The feeling after a good massage is the best, who doesn’t need a deep relaxation? Great treat at the end of a busy week!

I have tried Charlene’s Italian vegan Facial and it was superb! The soothe and smooth massage along with the well selected products were great for my mature skin. I feel like my skin has improved already after just one session. I highly recommend Charlene.
