Horrible little over priced hovel, that you can't swing a cat in.No security lights or cameras. Friends unit got broken into while we were at wedding. Car keys and car stolen.

I booked a room as I was meant to stay there while attending a wedding but unfortunately I fell ill and was not able to attend this was the day before my booking and so the lovely people at Park lodge allowed me to cancel my booking with out charging me which I truly appreciate and would definitely stay there in the future.

Neat and clean. Kind staff and comfy bed. There's a beautiful park just across the street, so we took a walk after dinner. Peaceful and beautiful evening. Good for staying!!

Absolutely disgusting. Left after about an hour after TV nearly exploded. Disgusting worst motel I've ever stayed in and have work all over the north island and stayed in over 100 motels

Use this place as a last resort if you have no other choice it has no cooking facilities or place to do washing and staff neither helpful or friendly

This motel was dirty. The oven was disgusting. The shower had black mould. The carpet and chairs were stained and dirty. No flannels or tea towels. The rooms are old, have not got net curtains (especially when right next to main road) This motel is unloved and uncared.

Needs paint. First motel not to have a toaster available. Tv did not work once turned off... But bed was super comfy.

This is very basic accommodation. The place is old and everything is a little dated. The owner is friendly and the rooms are very clean. It's ok if you're on business, but no wi-fi was disappointing.
