Disappointed with my experience here - took in items to get dry cleaned, one item was mistakenly laundered, and subsequently damaged. The item's manufacturer (Working Style) suspected it had been disfigured by over pressing, and even though Rosa stated she pressed it more than once, both Rosa and Max took no responsibility for the damage, blaming the shirt though they couldn't explain why, often contracting themselves. I offered a reasonable resolution, which Max was to call me back about but is now ignoring my calls/texts leaving me with the only option of a CGA claim.

Having getting more and more frustrated using the supposedly Finest dry cleaners in Auckland on several occasions to remove a stain on a very expensive garment, I gave it to Max and his team in Parnell, Hey presto, stain gone, fantastic job, also the people there make you feel like they appreciate the privilege of one giving them your business, the aforementioned having an attitude of, you should feel lucky we are undertaking this task for you for service, professionalism, and quality of service I cannot speak highly enough, thank you again Max, you have deservedly earnt all of our business going forward.Fiona Milde Kohimarama

Fantastic service for dry-cleaning and stain removal from clothing. I had stains in my clothes that I could not get out and I am so happy I found this place as they got all the stains out. They were quick too! I will definitely continue to bring my clothes here.

Love! These dry cleaners are so good, they make everything look new. They are slightly cheaper than Regal as well and the quality of the clean is phenomenal. They make my dry cleaning smell like a Hotel as well!! Rosa who is usually at the counter is also a sweet heart. Would Highly Recommend.
