Great service. Ordered 2 loaf bakers which arrived quickly. Unfortunately one had broken in transit. When I contacted they got back to me quickly and arranged return and delivery of a new one.I would recommend as good communication and service as well as well priced quality products.

Chef Shop have the best customer service that I have come across in the wholeof NZ!I bought an expensive Victorinox knife from them towards the end of last year and I had the knife the very next day. Nobody gives service that good!I just bought another knife from them yesterday and had exactly the same service. I got the knife today!They are amazing and their responses to e-mails are brilliant.Buy from them, you will not be disappointed!

Brought a couple of knives in to be sharpened. One of them was a bit of a weird shape but they got the job done promptly and gave me a call once they were done. Very nice to deal with :)

I made enquiry over the phone and the staff member was very helpful in desribing the product and comparig what I would get for the cost of one or the other item. It was delivered the next day ( within Auckland) by n.z.post safely and well packed and in time for giving it as a birthday present. Thank you Chefshop staff..We would shop here on line again.

Fantastic Service, Could not find a certain brand of knives in Australia and wanted to complete my set. Found online here at Chefshop, staff so easy to converse with. They kept me up to date with my order. Received this today in Brisbane, Australia and now one happy person.
