Nice and cozy place to chill for a while, just like almost any other Starbucks on earth. Good indoor and outdoor seating next to the downtown pedestrian zone.

Extremely friendly staff and a typical Starbucks ambience! I went in the morning at about 8am or so on a weekday and there were already not much seats available. Ordered my coffee that tasted like home, and a sausage roll that wasn't very impressive.It's just a good place to chill and people watch, and even recharge your devices. People here are with their laptops watching dramas and doing their work. Just come early so you can get a seat with an outlet.

I tried getting an almond frappe in the morning but they said that they were out of almond milk. I went in later that afternoon and still no almond milk. Went in the next day and they were out of almond milk so I decided to go with Oat Milk but then they were also out of chocolate chip! Why advertise for customers to choose the milk and topping when u made NO ATTEMPT to replenish stock! Worst service at any Starbucks!!! Get with the program or change the board to NO ALMOND MILK OR CHOCOLATE CHIP to save us a trip in vain!

Super nice staff! So kind just in general. They have the YAH mugs for Queenstown and some others. They are $30NZD at the moment. They only have soy and coconut milk and not almond milk if you’re vegan.

Tried the strawberry eclairs frappe yummy! They had a chaotic start to the morning with there machine down and the line was getting longer. But they got through like true professionals and the wait was worth it. Super tasty beverages.

No napkins no stirring sticks no salt no pepper basically nothing was there and when asked got an attitude.For a normal standard Starbucks in such a busy touristy city very disappointed.My daughter T was too hot and wanted to add cold water to make it drinkable so asked for cold water in a cup and they refused to give it to me. And the answer was we count the cups and you may also share your drink with someone else so the policy is not to give u cups.

As for the food and coffee, well it’s like any other Starbucks branch. But the people running it were not accommodating at all. I had my little one with us and I asked for a small empty cup for her, and they refused to give us a cup! they insisted that it’s against Starbucks policy! We also had to ask for cutlery and napkins and etc. and they just gave us some, despite all other Starbucks branches putting these available for everyone to take as they need.
