I went to book a house in Pragma which would be completed on estimated 31 march 2023 as per their records at that time.According to given information by them we started loan approval process, property valuation process & solicitor approval process. When it came to decide for sunset clause, they told us they can’t write it before December 2023 , then later on they changed again late April 2023 , due to non-reliability on their completion date , we waste all our money spent on property valuation as well as solicitor approval process. They could have told the truth in the beginning but they said it at end of the entire process which cost not our money but also our time. Please be careful with estimated date provided by Pragma House as it may affect your loan conditions in future.Originally on paper when we first arrived,estimated date was 31,March 2023. Then when we asked for sunset clause date, all statements got changed when it came to documentation.It's really hard to trust.

RENT EASY BY PRAGMACalled the property management number and left several messages for the property manager to contact and still no contact - 2 weeks later.Called again TODAY and eventually got Jolene's number (she is the PM)The PM's text on the 07/03 noted she is still waiting for the Cleaning Invoice.May I note final inspection was only completed 2 weeks later and no feedback until tenants contacted her and she said it was dusty and requested a cleaner to do a few hours dusting.RTA RECOMMENDS THE PROPERTY IS LEFT RESSONBILY CLEAN & TIDY not immaculately clean and the landlord has to be responsible for some cleaning and obviously if you do a final inspection 2 weeks later there will obviously be dust.Anyway the tenants agreed as they just wanted to get their bond. PM confirmed a week ago she was waiting for the cleaning invoice so I called her and apparently only just received it and they are short staffed so will take time to get the refund.Property was vacated 08/02 today is the 15/03 - 5 weeks later and still no refund. REALLY!!!! SURELY PM SHOULD NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUNG FIRST TIME TENANTS THIS WAY.Worst company to deal with and I would not recommend them at all to any Landlord let alone any tenants because if I have to tell you about them coming to sort out maintenance that is another long story.NO MAINTENANCE WAS DONE AND TENANTS LIVED I A PROPERTY WERE THE SLIDING DOOR LOCK WAS NOT WORKING FOR SEVERAL MONTHS.

It is not every day that someone get to help your dreams come true!I just sent a query around house options and George, the sales consultant replied on a weekend! We had a chat, visited the site, went to the show room and everything went smoothly as ever.Pragma was very open and advised us with all details. Any questions get answered quickly as well. Our options were really to our advantage which is a no brainer for us to proceed with the offer! Our approval still has conditions at this stage but so looking forward to our journey with Pragma!

My experience of buying my new home with Pragma was an incredible journey. Hannes, sales consultant with Pragma, made the whole process very easy for me and his timely suggestions and updates were truly helpful. Very bad experience. Never recommend to buy a turn key house from pragma. Quality is very poor. They built very small rooms , the mSter bed rooms just a joke. In a small land they built many small poor quality houses, road acces is one of the worst I ever seen. I can't get a car easily, I can never get a trailer. Wash rooms has lowest quality items in nz. If you need a quality houses, don't go for them. Any other builder in nz better than them. They don't give a value for your money. Never recommend

Hannes was very helpful as a representative of Pragma Homes right from our first inquiry on trademe. He provided all the information over email and then we chatted over the phone before making time to meet him and when we viewed the property plans and decided to proceed all within a day as we drove down from Auckland.Being a new build, there is always uncertainty with timing and also given the Covid lockdowns. Hannes was always very responsive to our questions on updates be it via text or email and always reassuring which made us feel good about the progress but also honest about where delays could be whilst still making sure that all is on track and that Pragma are accountable to the deadlines and milestones that they have planned to deliver. He was patient with the questions we had but also very personable and related to us in a very easy and comfortable manner. This was very appreciated and made the whole process much more stress free.We would absolutely recommend Pragma Homes, not only due to the lovely home we have on completion, but also for the professionalism, efficiency and manner in which our experience was through Hannes, with dealing with uncertainty and any feedback or changes we required. Hannes was very quick to get us contacts for blinds and a heat pump given we were not able to come to do this in lockdown and he did this very effortlessly and within a day of us asking.As Auckland was in lockdown and the property was already settled when we could come to Hamilton, we also appreciated Hannes taking the time to come and do a walk through with us and wait to see if we had any queries which given we had already settled and property agents had done an inspection he did not have to take the time to do. This summarises our experience of Hannes and how caring and simply a general good person he is to give people and customers the best experience. We wish him and Pragma Homes all the very best and would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Great experience purchasing two bedroom unit at 89 Pragma Rise, was able to have tenants move in straight away after settlement greatly appreciated all the help from Diana Murray.

I really appreciated everything Amanda and Sahana did as a property manager. Highly recommend Rent Easy by Pragma for management, they have been very professional and communication is excellent!!! What more can I say - great company. The inspection reports and clear with plenty of information and photos. The tradesmen they use have proven to be efficient and very affordable.
