Do not use this company. We called them to get car keys that we had locked in the car, firstly they arrived 40 minutes later than we were told and after doing about 30 seconds of work opening a car door they tried to charge $180 . They didn't specify any costs before performing the job or on the phone, but were happy to charge such an obscene amount for a small job. Do not recommend.

Front door lock changed and now can’t open from inside. Never been locked in my house before. Trying to call their “24 hour” line but just goes to voicemail. Not good.

Avoid these profiteers at all costs. Honestly, it'd probably be cheaper to break your window to get into your car than deal with these exploiters. Their website boasts a mere $35 callout fee for their 24/7 lockout repair service. A self-described 'locksmith' arrives in fairly good time (easy to understand given what comes next) and gets to work. Armed with a $90 lockout kit that any joker can order off Amazon, this so called locksmith spends around 5 minutes first wedging the car window open with an air-pump and then fiddling with a large poker to eventually lift up and open the internal lock on your car door. Easy. All is good until the EFTPOS machine comes out and those fateful words are spoken. That'll be $184". That's the price I paid for 5 minutes of work at 9 pm on a Sunday. Now I'm having to hustle to pay rent. Like I said

AVOID!AVOID!AVOID!This guys just scammed my neighbour up, they drill the door and completely destroyed her lock, they left the apartment and never returned, they hang on the phone and declined any kind of help to this poor lady. After we contacted them again they refuse to give any answer saying that the number was wrong which was impossible because we took it out of the bank details given by them.After a third call to the main line the answer was that the company car was broken, what a lame excuse.Ps: your worker forgot one of his tool outside the apartment.

AVOID!!! Don't do business with this company, it's a complete scam and the staff are unqualified, dodgy, intimidating and don't know what they are doing. Have been on TVNZ's Fairgo and in numerous newspaper articles. They will drill your locks, ruin your door and over charge for cheap replacement locks. Same company running the same scams in Christchurch and Auckland. Owned by a man named Noam Cohen.

They aren’t qualified locksmiths, they swore at me on the phone and were super rude, should have looked into it first as there are some very interesting things on Facebook about this company, just search there name into the bar , REPLIED SAYING THIS IS A FAKE REVIEW, FALSE I LIVE IN WELLINGTON AND EXPERIENCED THIS COMPANY FIRST HAND. you are mad that berampore locksmith provide a better service than you. Grow up

Extremely Dodge Company they operate under different names. They advertise cheapest rates but was charge 184 for a bedroom lock.

This company advertises a $35 call out fee, okay cool. After them sending out the technician I specifically told them to let me know how much it'll cost before unlocking it. They proceed to unlock the door (a simple bedroom door) which LITERALLY took less than 1 minute and are demanding a payment of $170, doing the job without informing me how much it'll be. Stay away from these guys

Absolutely terrible. Wish we had checked reviews and not acted in haste. Wont return 5 calls. Barrel that doesn't fit lock assembly fitted incorrectly and not even square. $500 later... 100% AVOID .
