Absolutely farce of a bank/branch as they couldn't process my request and was told to goto ANOTHER branch (St Lukes). Modern bureaucracy at its best.

Staff are very helpful here and they have lots of parking and of course free pens ! Also have foreign exchange facilities.

A unique bank，they refused opening account because I’ve another bank account.

Staff member was very unprofessional did not even listen to my request even after I told her the BNZ website advised to come and speak with a face to face CUSTOMER SERVICE REP AT THE COUNTER. She muttered something under her breath as I just stood there stunned. All I could say was WOW that's rude and walked out. Will not be returning to the Branch and it is located just down the road would rather go else where. It is not the first time I have seen her be unprofessional and rude to the staff and customers. I was ask by BNZ to do a survey on my visit via email a week later and I was 100% honest. This lady brings the team down and may need a refresher course in customer service in NZ
