Staff have absolutely no idea in what order to serve customers, commonly it’s who’s next in line, but somehow today I became invisible!! Left without purchasing and never to return. NO TANKS VERY MUCH, I have found a new regular juice bar in the riverside market nearby instead.

Vibe is way off for this location, last week I ordered the ‘secret menu’ weekly smoothie special at the counter for $8.90 because it’s not shown on the kiosk, I asked politely to swap ice for water as it was a cold day, told by staff in no uncertain terms no changes to the recipe for the special price - Wow such strict policies here!, Earlier this week I waited to order standing right in front of the counter, money in hand, and got totally ignored for about 3 minutes by all staff working there, (I guess it’s self service all way now here), so I just left and walked over to Riverside to buy lunch.

The staff was very cold and rude to us, no greeting, no thanks and the place wasn’t even busy! The juice I got was 3/4 of the size I ordered. Taking out the ice cubes probably half size really.

The staff need more training. People waiting too long and not being greeted when they walked in. One of the staff looked busy but took ten mins to make a smoothie.

Really Poor service and rude staff. Visited today evening arround 5.30pm and a lady was serving us and she was very rude. When we enter the store we greet her with a Hi and she don't even greet us back which is fine as its up to her. But when taking order her attitude was like we were asking for some free drinks from her. Never ever experienced such a poor customer service from Tank before. First time visited this store and never gonna go back there.

Staff were friendly and the service was speedy. The menu screens are up high and a little hard to read. Good place to stop for lunch or grab something on the way home from work.Positioned in the Cashel Square/BNZ Centre, just of the main streets. Like stepping away from the hustle of the rebuild city. Nice escape.

The smoothie from a bag was perfectly adequate- 1 star for having to order from a screen that's less time efficient than ordering from a human would have been, and of course you can't pay cash.
