Being a former hairdresser and salon manager, I have a good insight into hair salons. The team at Cocoon are outstanding. Not just for their amazing skills as stylists but for their genuine caring philosophy. They see you as a person and do their best to make you look and feel amazing. They don't force the latest trend or product on you - they actually listen. I love how they are also looking after our planet.

I had my hair done by Amber today for the first time. What a pleassure. Such great conversation and oh my god my hair, I went in looking dreary and I came out feeling a million dollars. Thank you so much Amber. Would highly recommend. Will be back in 6 weeks

I hadn't had a haircut for a bit and decided to try out Cocoon and they did not disappoint! The inside of the hair studio was very pretty and laid out well. The lady that did my hair was very friendly and did an amazing job on my haircut and provided me with good advice for my hair type and showed me good products for it as well. She was great to talk to and I will definitely come back here for my next cut. Also the shampoo and wash was very relaxing and the seats were very comfortable.

I have had my hair styled by sharon for 25 years. I know felicity as well and also the other stylists. These girls are the best. I have never been disappointed with my experience at this salon. I recommend Cocoon to anyone. You might want to make an appointment though as they are very busy.

I can't explain how distraught I am about my hair cut from cocoons lead stylist amber I would not recommend her to anyone!I went in to cocoon wanting to get a side fringe and a trim I asked for my fringe to be blended in on both sides what I got was a huge mess I am so uncomfortable everytime I see my hair in the mirror where I used to love my hair amber has cut it uneven on both sides of my fringe so it looks like I have a different fringe on each side of my face! It's not shaped to my face shape at all! She has thinned my hair out when I never asked her too! And there are chunks of hair missing at the top back on both sides of my hair like half my length gone randomly!! I am not impressed and really upset worst hair cut ever the only positive thing I can say about this salon is that they did refund me straight away for their mistake but you know days later and I'm left with hair that I hate that can't be fixed until it grows out and they will take many months.
