K9 Trickstas

We started as a K9 Trickstas client in mid-2020 joining her group Puppy Foundation classes. Since then, we have continued with K9 Trickstas through further group classes, including Trick Training workshops, and also 1-on-1 in-home consultations, focusing on our pup’s reactivity, loose leash walking, games to avoid our pup lunging at cats, and just fun trick training to build engagement . Our pup adores Manako. She is a force free / positive reinforcement trainer which was very important to us when choosing who we worked with. We really appreciate all the 1-on-1 work and group sessions we’ve had over the years to help build our pup’s confidence and develop a stronger relationship with us. We highly recommend Manako!

I have done both group trick training courses and one on ones with Manako to help me work on my dogs fixation on cats.Manako is an incredible trainer with a huge range of knowledge. But she is also really lovely and patient and empathetic so my dogs and I all could relax and get the most out of sessions.Highly recommend

I have done 3 sets of classes now with K9 trickstas. Sessions are relaxed and informative and provide a positive atmosphere. Manako is attentive and knowledgeable and offers alternative techniques to get results. Class options are good.

I enjoyed attending Manako’s Beginner Dog Tricks Workshop with my German Shepherd. It was a varied class to suit dogs of all breeds and abilities. Manako is patient, friendly and problem solves to come up with ways to teach tricks to a range of dogs. She has a wealth of knowledge surrounding trick training and dog dancing. Would recommend her classes to puppy and dog owners wanting to get the most out of their pet and have fun while learning.

Manako is an incredible trainer with a wealth of knowledge. She has a deep understanding about dog behaviour and genuine love for dogs. She goes out of her way to make sure the training environment is safe and as stress free as possible for the dogs and owners. Through her methods and classes my fearful and reactive dog is now more confident in visiting new places and become more social.

Could not recommend Manako more highly than I do. She was so amazing and accommodating when we adopted our girl Callie as a pup from a rescue. She had no former training or anything from being bumped around foster homes. Callie loved her visits with Manako and was always happy to see her even couple years later after not seeing her! Whilst our girl was stolen a year ago I will always recommend new dog owners to use K9Tricktas. If there ever comes a day and we welcome a dog into our family again you know I will be straight onto you!
