Awful service in this place. Would give zero if could as per previous reviews just for dishonesty of staff alone let alone non existent customer service. Gave me the wrong pizza, didn't communicate in any way when picking up and my son wouldn't eat sitting for an hour pizza I was given at random with the wrong toppings. The point of getting pizza in the first place was a treat for my son so disappointed. The person I spoke to who is apparently everything" in the branch

very poor service attitude. frustrated with customers. service takes too long. i ordered a pizza from 7:31pm. they said I can get it at 7.41pm. I arrived at 7:45am and waited until 8:05am still not my turn. my name is on the standby screen and there are 7 minutes left. But it stayed like that for 7 minutes until I left. in all there is only 1 staff working while there are many people waiting. I thought they were too busy so I went home. At 8:30 am I come back, my name is no longer on the screen. I asked the staff about my order and received a reply that my order was incomplete. and the busiest employee yelled at me that they were working and there were a lot of people waiting. They don't have a lot of staff so they can't serve them all. This is the second time he yelled at me like that. and I'm impatiently waiting for my cake. My children were very disappointed when mom went twice and couldn't bring us pizza. I paid in advance and no pizza after more than 1 hour

Very good food. Quite possibly carrying the Kaiapoi economy. A++, except they could work on their car park delivery, but I understand as it gets very busy.Overall, second best business in Kaiapoi. :-)Cheers bois.

Domino’s Pizza Kaiapoi
Never given a Domino's 5 stars before but the Kaiapoi one is definitely better than other stores. Been here quite a few times and found the pizza just tastes better, they give the right amount of toppings and they actually cook their chips properly unlike the soggy mess other Domino's often serve. Kamal in particular is always really friendly, has great service & definitely deserves a raise.

Literally can't understand why Dominos can't make a decent pizza and have it arrive at an edible temperature!Ordered pizza and chips, tracker showed cooked at 4.56pm - delivered 5.29pm cold - not even luke warm! The chips were so cold they've gone hard.Call the store and get absolutely no response regarding it. Absolutely worst food place to eat in Kaiapoi! The fact it's worse than the local McDonald's is a real achievement
