Fabulous experience when I got my dog's teeth cleaned. Staff were really lovely and took care of her well. They would regularly let me know how she was going. Would highly recommend.

Friendly and helpful staff who coordinated with an out of town vet for a dog we were flying back to his owners in the north Island. They came up with a solution which simplified things for us to help de-stress a dog who didn't want to accumulate air-points!

I need to preface this review with the fact that I was taking my 22-year old cat to be euthanised, so was already very upset!!!Firstly my appt was booked for the wrong day (the fault of KVC, not RVC), but fortunately they could fit me in as we wouldn't have been able to do the car ride again!The vet nurse was nice, but inadvertently hurt my cat when she went to pick him up (due to his very bad arthritis) and so he let out a big cry and a hiss. She decided to sedate him, but when she first tried to inject him it obviously really hurt and he let out another big cry and hiss. This obviously scared her and so she didn't get the needle in and had to try again, fortunately succeeding the second time.She then took him out the back to get him ready, which seemed to take a really really really long!I understand this was a very emotional time for me, but it just makes me extremely sad that his last hour was so upsetting to him!!!!The staff were kind, and it's nice that they have a private room with a separate exit for this type of procedure. I also received a beautiful sympathy card from them. I just would have preferred for him to not be taken away from me, and for more care to have been taken when handling him...

Love RVC, they take amazing care of their customers and the animals. They treat you like Family and make you feel like they truly care ❤️ and they came sure that your pet has as much fun as possible while there and try their 10000% best to keep them relaxed and comfortable ❤️❤️

Rangiora vets who come to see my horses are the best ever. Matt, Andrew and Sam have all been so good, they're always nice and nothing's a problem. They have helped my horses endlessly. They always come at short notice and I cannot fault them. I would recommend them 100% thank you so much.

Attended twice recently, once st the weekend and once after hours. We are not normally an RVC client, however this did not affect the service. Very friendly, reassuring and just pleasant to deal with.
