There is a NZ post counter at this store. Staff were very good at ensuring the queue did not build up in these counters. By being helpful and patient in detailing out the process and timelines, they provided great customer service.

So I just had the most amazing customer experience here. Two staff were so accomodating and went above and beyond. From owning customer service related businesses I appreciate how demanding customers can be. I would be honoured having these staff work for me. Enjoy your cake it was well deserved!!

Nice staff, realized I was hard of hearing and helped by remove mask to read lips and also part sign.Magic.Wish more places were the same.But Funny Most do not Give a Toss or even any thought.

Paperplus Hornby has an excellent selection of books. The staff are really helpful and this is also the location of the NZ Postshop. The services are great and there are many sales, on the display tables. The store has non fiction books arranged by topic. The children's section is excellent.
