Total rip off !!! My daughter bought a bottle of 100ml Pretty - Elizabeth Arden this week (not realising) that this retails for between $35-$40. She paid $100 at the Fragrance Outlet! I’m disgusted that they can put such a mark up on their products !!!!

I have dealt with Kaleem at the Fragrance outlet more many years, and have always had a pleasurable experience, i have recommended his store to many friends etc and even after moving to Wellington I still order from Kaleem by courier and still receive the best service. Thanks for your great service

Do not buy from this shop. I have bought from them over a couple of years and always found their bottles to either leak or have issues with the lid not. As an expirement I purchased the same products (Chanel) at full retail from Farmers and compared the containers and lids. The perfume inside is genuine, however the containers and lids seem to be not identical to the factory ones - which would be why they have issues months down the line.
