Southern Limits Charters & Guided Walks | We offer a range of charted trips including bird watching, fishing and hunting to suite the different interests of visitors to Stewart Island. On our bird watching charters you have the chance to see various species of albatross, penguins, cormorants, shearwaters, gulls, petrels, terns, brown skua and others. Trips are designed to suit the birdwatcher's needs so that we can achieve the results you desire. Our commercial fishing boat is roomy, safe and with enough speed to get you to the fishing grounds quickly yet comfortably. We know where to go to get the best and biggest fish, and are happy to share this knowledge with you. For traveling hunters, we are more than happy to drop off to, and pick up from, the Paterson Inlet and the north and east coast hunting blocks (DOC blocks only).
