If you're looking for quick and long lasting results, Trevor and his team are the ones to see. Pin point (excuse the pun) accuracy with the dry needling technique. Never found anyone better.

10 stars!!! 5 is not enough for this place. Trevor is the man, best treatment provider ever and his team is world class. I've been to so many physios, acupuncturists, massage therapists and osteos all around the world and here in Auckland for my hip and back issues. This guy is the absolute best

Trevor's the best at what he does. I have nothing to do with golf but have played touch for 30 years. He fixed a piriformis issue I'd carried (and had treated) for 5 years in a single session. The results from his needling are consistently impressive and his breadth of knowledge across other areas and treatments is great - I wish I had a better memory to retain everything he teaches me.

Best physio I've ever been to. Physio is too narrow a term for what Trevor does. He's helped me manage issues that others gave up on and will go out of his way to help you - the tougher the problem the better!
