TANK Merivale Mall- Smoothies, Raw Juices, Salads & Wraps

I really dislike giving bad reviews but I won't be ordering from this tank again.I did an online order for 1pm today. I arrived a bit late at 1.05, but I knew the would mean my smoothie would be waiting for me in the fridge. I had my baby with me as we were going to a postpartum pilates class. The single staff member working said she would just be a minute (she was juicing carrots). Almost 10 minutes later she was still juicing carrots, while a line had formed behind me. Not much point in me making an online order if I have to wait just as long for it.

When I went there weren’t very many people so my smoothie was done very quickly with no wait time. All other experiences at this tank have been positive except for once where they had run out of certain juices that were kinda necessary but just a problem that can be easily fixed with keeping a closer eye on the supplies and how much there is of everything.

There is only ever 1 person working. I ordered two smoothie this morning and it took 25 minutes to receive my order. The staff member was more focused on unpacking stock, 3 people waited to be served while she just ignored them and they ended up walking away. Once I got them home one of the smoothies wasn’t what I ordered and wasn’t able to drink it because of allergies. Not good enough.

Ordered and Extreme C Juice and received 'up beet tank' and also ordered Thai beef salad and the salad box was half empty

Just went in for lunch a couple days ago and the girl who was working explained everything so well to me I think her name was Angel! So lovely and made me the best smoothie ever!!!

While I was waiting for my smoothie I saw them spill the drink on the counter and proceed to scoop it back into the cup with two lids and then they gave me the drink which wasn’t even full. For the price you are paying for these drinks this is very disappointing :(

Worst service I have ever received and seen others receive in my life I never go to the extent of reviews but today Friday 16th 2022 around 4pm at Merivale Tank.I watched a mother and daughter have to leave from a long long wait in line I felt terrible for the young girl who was quietly waiting. Then me pregnant with my 3 year old left waiting nothing said to any of us to apologize or explain. Even a young boy was left at the counter for such an extreme amount of time nothing said to him no apologies, both girls working so slowly it was agonizing to watch. I had to wonder were they stoned yes im saying this on here but that was how slow and careless they were moving one was just moving along not bothering with eye contact but chewing gum. These 2 need a right kick up the bum or to high ho out of there because it was just far to painful to experience and watch others suffer the wait. I will end my rant im sorry it has to be this negative but it is what is deserved and im hoping against hope something will be done about this

I just said very politely to not to put ice in my drink but the lady working there again put ice in.1/4 of the glass was just ice.Not coming back to this store.

Agree with the previous review. Terrible service. I have never left a review before but this was so shocking to me I had to. One girl was working hard making all the smoothies so The other came over to take my order after I had been waiting for some time, cellphone in hand and literally did not speak. Just stared at me giving me a filthy look before tossing the cup to the other girl and leaving again. I would suggest hiring a staff member who would at least try to hide how much they didn't want to be there.

Ordered online and when i went to pickup the lady was so unprofessional.She handed over the order like she almost smashed on on my face.
