I'm happy to meet Ras who carried out the chest xray for me. He was very friendly and professional giving me lots of support. His instructions throughout the whole process were clear which made me feel very relaxed. Highly recommended.

I was horrified to overhear how rude the older lady on reception was to a client about being late for her appointment.I myself, was told to be there at 8.20 for an 8.30 appointment, but when I arrived at 8.10 the place looked to be closed (with no lights on) and with a guy also waiting outside. This was also made clear with their opening hours clearly stated on the door that they open at 8.30am. This is very misleading, and I feel sorry for the lady that was being told off.Once inside, the place is very outdated, with very old equipment. It is long overdue for a make over.The two Technicians I dealt with were absolutely fantastic, which was the only good part of the experience.

My sonographer was amazing! polite, took her time and spoke to us throughout the scan. That’s all I care about really, the facilities aren’t high on my priority list as long as the care and treatment is good which is exactly what we got.

Awful customer service. Very rude and unhelpful (anonymous) reception staff. I've been trying to book a relatively urgent appointment with AXS for nearly 2 weeks via email. I was eventually offered a time, which I said yes to immediately, then no email confirmation or follow-up for 6 days, or even an apology after chasing it up 3 times, only to be told bluntly that it wasn't booked and was no longer available. Was then told to call (apparently email comms are not welcome here), so I did, and no one answered. Ended up going to Ascot Radiology due to AXS's rude, slow and unhelpful replies. Ascot is more expensive, but their customer service and staff reflects their pricing. Significantly better. Judging by all the other terrible Google reviews I've read similar to mine, I'd suggest you don't waste your time with AXS.

If you’re pregnant DO NOT GO HERE. They are horribly rude, save yourself the stress my sister had to go through. If you don’t like people you probably shouldn’t be working in customer service.

IF YOUR PREGNANT , DO NOT STEP INSIDE THIS X-RAY SERVICE. THEY ARE VERY RUDE.We had a really bad experience with the receptionist at this X-ray service Centre. We moved from Christchurch to Auckland a week ago and we had a written referral from our previous mid-wife. The lady at the reception accepted our referral first and charged us the surcharge amount $60. We were surprised when the lady at the reception stopped us after our scan , to pay an extra $200 and told us the referral letter was incorrect and we cannot leave the premise until we pay the amount. We manage to sort out the referral form by contacting our new midwife for the right referral.Receptionist if unsure, sort out before the scans and not pounce on the customer while leaving.The receptionist was quite unprofessional and rude stopping us in the premise and asking us not to leave .We are not thieves, if the receptionist communicated this process clearly at the initial stage we would have come with the right form. We even paid for the surcharge $60 as per as their communication over the phone. This left me traumatized as I am pregnant and I was not happy with someone interrogating me when they should be communicating better about the process.

Terrible experienceThe whole experience was terrible with AXS. Not only the receptionist is unhelpful and indifferent, we were told appointment would be canceled if 5 minutes late! So we came 10 minutes earlier, yet they leave us waiting for more than half an hour, without any explanation, until we asked they reply it is because of delay of previous patient, how it is fair for us waiting for 40 minutes without any attendance? The sonographer was even worse, she is rude, impatient and being very cold to us refuse to be helpful or more specific with any of our questions. I cannot believe as a pregnant lady i would be treated like that… the whole experience was terrible and the environment was toxic, not only the room was so dark and cold and constant background ventilation noise but also the people there are used to be inattentive and impatient with their patients, later on i got sick and bad cold….i would strongly suggest you go somewhere else for any pregnancy scan, for your own ease of mind and body. You deserve better services than that!!!!

IF YOU’RE PREGNANT PLEASE DON’T GO HERE!! please save yourself the stress.On arrival I was completely shocked at how the receptionists spoke to me, no one said hello the first thing aggressively asked was “do you have an appointment.” Proceeded to fill out a Covid-19 safety form and the receptionist then started berating me about if and when I had my last covid 19 test , I rang 3 times confirming my appointment and not one of those times was I informed it was a requirement for any pregnancy scan! ( which the receptionists then told me it was not a requirement ) I was made to wait 30 minutes, but what was utterly disappointing was the aggression, disrespectful ness and utter rudeness from staff. Absolutely no empathy, compassion or friendliness even with myself trying to be as respectful and nice as possible while being treated like I had done something wrong? Never coming back here again, to others I would recommend asking your GP / LMC to refer you somewhere else or actually spend money else where for more kind service, organised and thorough service. Honestly was gobsmacked with the receptionists. Not to mention they said my son would have a cleft lip/palate and he didn’t. So their radiologist isn’t very good at their job either. I went elsewhere and the new sonographer I saw was confused they told me my baby would have a cleft. Thanks for the added stress to my pregnancy. Absolutely nasty place.

I had great service here. Doctor organised with them my appointment and they called to confirm my details. Very lovely service over the phone. My technician, Raz, was awesome. Made me feel very comfortable and had a great sense of humour.

wasn’t even able to book an appt as the person answering the phones had a really bad attitude then hung up on me. Now awaiting a phone call from her manager to make a formal complaint. Currently in my early term of pregnancy and not a great experience . Looking at a lot of the reviews and people are saying the same things about the receptionist for the last two years so that should be telling you all you need to know about the company not caring for the way she treats patients and or potential patients as she’s still employed there.
