I highly recommend Scott and his team, such friendly, polite and helpful fellows who really impressed us while doing a large drain replacement in our yard. Super accommodating, always listened when we needed anything eg: access for wheelie bins, great at communicating what would happen next, very safety conscious and so very tidy, everything stacked neatly. I really appreciated how thoughtful they were that this is our home - if only all 'tradies' were this respectful ! Much thanks guys : )

We engaged Clyne and Bennie to replace our damaged drains under the EQC subsidy. A team worked on our property for about 5 days. At all times they were friendly and explained each step of the work. There was minimum inconvenience to us and the work area was left looking better than before. The new drains are working much faster than the old damaged ones. On the basis of this experience we would recommended Clyne and Bennie.

The installed a new stove for us, it required new gas fittings as the previous ones were over 13 years old. We’re very courteous and pleasant to deal with. No fuss or bother and we’ve had no issues since the install

We engaged Clyne & Bennie to replace the pressure valve in our hot water cylinder and mysteriously a gland nut came loose in the exact moment he was in the roof. We woke up the next day to extensive flooding throughout the house which caused tens of thousands of dollars worth of damage and required us to move to temporary accommodation for a month. I see honesty and professionalism as their core values, and a boast of $20 million public indemnity insurance on their website. Do not feel safe in this company's hands, despite the plumber accepting liability on site when he came back to re tighten the gland nut he knocked loose, they are still trying to bill us, and haven't paid a cent towards our insurance excess or repairs. I would be very interested in talking to their company owners about their statement that they are customer focused, because that certainly is not our experience at all.

All the tradies we had were fantastic! They were professional always on time, explained what they were doing and did it on time. We were on a tight time frame coming up to xmas and they helped us meet our deadline! Just brilliant

Really happy with the service from Clyne and Bennie, quick response and had same day service. The plumber was friendly and knowledgeable and the work required a quote (replacement HWC) and we got that back within 48hours so we could make a quick decision

Great work from the team at Clyne and Bennie - I called them regarding a number of issues including a shower leak, fan not venting outside and security lights. They were prompt, professional and upfront regarding costs. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again - highly recommended.
