They couldn't explain the plans to me, and had another companies SIM on offer that was cheaper than their own, yet couldn't give a reason why? The assistant snapped my SIM card tray and then blamed me and didn't offer a refund. An assistant from another phone provider across from the desk had to help me. They said things like this seem to happy a lot and that the 2 Spark assistants were actually trainees and the manager had left them unattended. Unacceptable behaviour. Don't waste your time, go straight to another desk.

Sadly, they don't answer their phones during working hours. Less than ideal for a communications company.
