Went to view car I saw advertised online tried to negotiate price, lowered price a couple hundred, closer inspection I noticed it had no WOF! I was reassured car would be sold with new WOF and 6 month rego + 2 year mechanical warranty. So we had agreed on sale price and car would be getting WOF the following day...I don't hear back for 2 weeks and I'm told now he wants 2k more than the price we had agreed on? They need to pack bags and go straight to airport.

Had a slight trouble getting a refundable deposit back on my no deposit finance, which was resolved. The customer service could be improved, it was slightly awkward at times.However, the car I was sold was in excellent condition, also at a far better price than other places had. The grooming of the car was also brilliant, feels like a brand new car. The time it took from my finance application to the time I picked my car up was done very fast.

Very poor service. Paid a deposit to hold a car so my daughter could test drive it. Unfortunately she did not purchase. When i asked for the refund he said it would take 5 working days. 5 working days later nothing. Rang him said it would be in my account that night, nothing. Had to drive all the way from napier. Saw him and instantly transfered the money. Hopefully this is a isolated incident, it is not see other reviews. Integrity is everything.

Wonderful experience buying a car from them. We live in Auckland so made email enquires about the car on Friday. Every question asked was promptly answered by Deep the manager (literally in 5 minutes). We agreed on the price (they kindly did the on road included) and drove down on Sunday to test it.AJ greeted us and gave us the car to test with a full tank of gas saying take your own time, just stay within 50 km. Loved the car, a Honda Vezel hybrid, no issues only cosmetic imprecations. in the next hour we settled the finance with Deep and concluded the purchase with a smile.Their trade me listing says we are confident we are the BEST used car dealers in NZ". We were sceptical of such an audacious claim

These guys have been great - helped us find the perfect car for the family. Held it for us while we arranged finance then groomed & cleaned it up to an excellent standard. Great car at a really good price & excellent service and support. Thanks guys!

Never ever go to this dealer for vehicles.I was enquiring for a car from these people and I paid a refundable deposit of 300 dollars for blocking the car and when I asked the sales guy ( Ajay) about this deposit he never mentioned any conditions of refunding before I made the payment.Unfortunately I have to drop my plan to buy the car due to some personal reasons and when I asked my money back this guy is saying they can’t give my money back.Now it’s more than a week. Please don’t go to these fraudulent people and get cheated.

It was a nice experience with Vehicle direct for ist car got same day approval and car

Totally disappointed with the horrendous customer service received at Vehicle Direct.Bought a car thinking we'd found a pretty good deal. Sold it to us with an empty tank, but no big deal. Noticed a few small issues - oily fingerprints on the inside of the car where the mechanic doing the valet had grabbed it. Very sloppy cut and polish. The steering wheel shakes when decelerating from 100km/h. istop had been disconnected. All annoying but not a huge deal.The real issues started around 7 weeks after we had purchased the vehicle, when the battery absolutely fried. The car stopped working altogether and the guys could not have cared less. They made no effort to help arrange for the vehicle to get to the yard, were INCREDIBLY rude on the phone, didn't call back when they said they were going to, didn't send through tow truck details when they said they were going to. When I got the vehicle towed to the yard, they had shut up shop at 3.30pm so I had to wait for them to come back. They barely acknowledged my existence and communicated with the (male) tow truck diver in a very different manner to me. Thankfully they replaced the battery but again barely acknowledged I was there and clearly just wanted me to leave. No apology, no customer service at all.Cannot recommend this dealership.
