Lainee was absolutely awesome .Five months out from my wedding I was expecting to be 7 months pregnant so designing a dress with my bump in mind was a challenge as we didn't know what size I'd be. However she was very accomodating and allowed the final fitting and alterations to be done only days from the date to insure my dress looked and fitted just perfect , which it did.She went above and beyond to help me, even coming to my house to do the last measurements.I highly recommend Lainees work, her designs and professionalism are amazing.

It has been so lovely working with Lainee to design my dream dress. Although I came to Lainee with so many different ideas, we came up with a final design that is so timeless, elegant and perfect for my body shape. The number of little details that I’ve asked Lainee to alter and add on has been many, but whatever the request she’ll do whatever it takes to create!I can see that Lainee’s number one goal is to create her clients dream dress, and she will make that her mission from day one!Lainee is a true professional, she understands body shape and how different designs work on different bodies. I am so lucky to have had such a knowledgeable designer create my “one-of-a-kind” dream dress! I can’t wait to wear it on my wedding day, the only bad thing is that I’m only going to have the chance to wear the dress once!

Lainee was absolutely amazing!My dress was perfect and everything that I could have hoped for. Lainee is so talented! From what style would be the most flattering to what colours would complement my complexion, she thought of everything and spared no effort. I could not have picked a more fantastic person to design and bring my dream dress to life.Lainee was so committed to making the perfect dress and went above and beyond. I had an absolutely 5 star experience with Lainee.When I first started on the hunt for the dress of my dreams, I came across Lainee and was keen to support a local Nelson business despite living in Auckland. From my very first meeting with Lainee, she made me feel completely at ease and nothing was too much bother. She was so patient leading me through the process, particularly as I was not very clear about what I wanted at the beginning. This soon changed after Lainee sent me design after design (which was way above what I expected and out of the goodness of her heart), choosing to give her own time and huge creative talent to help me achieve my dream. The end result was a bespoke design, made from the most amazing fabric sourced by Lainee and I could not have asked for a better experience or a more beautiful dress.From my fittings to ensure a perfect fit to creating an amazing veil, her service was professional, very thorough and her eye for detail and commitment to perfection was outstanding. Thank you so much Lainee, I'll continue to recommend you to whoever will listen xx

I absolutely loved my bridal experience with Lainee. She encouraged my ideas and also added some of her own and made me feel like a queen on my wedding day. I was able to bring in my Aunties wedding dress from when she wore it in the 90's and though it suffered much wear and tear sitting in a box for over a decade, Lainee worked with excellence, working with an incredibly detailed eye and so much much thought. I was so excited to see progress being made as we worked together to create my dream dress.I could not recommend Lainee higher enough!

I absolutely loved working with Lainee to create my dream wedding dress. She was very professional and always so friendly and helpful. I already knew what I wanted when I first visited Lainee and so I tried on a few of her sample dresses that were similar, in the end Lainee came up with a design that was a mix between two of her samples and exactly what I wanted. I loved visiting her studio in Atawhai! I had been to a few other dress makers and looked at dresses online, however Lainee was by far the most reasonably priced of them all and I got exactly what I wanted. Thank you again Lainee for creating my dream dress, I felt like a princess on the day and would not have changed a thing! I highly recommend Lainee!

Lainee was an amazing designer and an absolute gem throughout the entire dress making process. As a curvy woman it was such a relief to be treated in a body positive way and walk down the aisle feeling 100% like a supermodel. I would highly recommend Lainee and her gorgeous dresses to anyone

I absolutely loved my gown. I went in with an open mind and Lainee helped me find the perfect dress. It suited my style and body shape and I knew as soon as I'd put it on that it was the one. We decided to tweak it and customise the sleeves and I'm so glad I trusted her on this as I LOVED the end result.Professional, great communication and really supportive during wedding stress. You can tell she's used to dealing with Brides.Very happy. Would absolutely recommend.
