I found that the CEO here was really helpful and went beyond my expectations to service my glazing needs

Customer service left a lot to be desired. Not very helpful when you are searching to fix a problem concerning their windows/doors.

Fiona went above and beyond our expectations and was incredible to deal with. Nothing was a problem - despite a few changes by us along the way.

Absolutely appalling service. Left out of the loop for months. They measured our windows wrong TWICE, when we contacted them it took weeks for a response, when they finally did reply there was no apology for not being in contact. Constant delays and head aches. We were sent products with a MULTITUDE of faults. We then paid for the reveals to be repaired and they wouldn’t even cover the repair costs (EVEN THOUGH IT WAS THEIR FAULT!!). After a constant battle they did repair the remainder of the faults but only 3 months later. Still left us out of pocket for the repairs we decided to undertake without their help as we were sick of waiting. I would NEVER use them or recommend them to anyone.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Communication is terrible, Customer service is terrible, Workmanship is terrible.Attached are photos of what they considered to be a completed installation.Now I understand jobs can wrong, but its the professionals job to communicate that to the customer with a list of solutions to move forward with. No phone call or anything after leaving my house in this state, and when I did confront them about the copious amounts of silicon and the gaping hole left in my exterior wall, not to mention the incorrectly fitted flashings they (Jason and Ross) said there was nothing wrong with it! I had to come up with a plan of how they could fix this mess of an install rather than them being professional and suggesting solutions.If you get Jason in sales walk away, and if you get Ross as an installer run away.Finally after months of battling I got the work corrected (I received more frequent emails asking to pay the remainder of the invoice then I did emails about rectifying the issues on the install in this time) but it was a huge drawn out process that could have been easily avoided.Wouldn't recommend.

Amazing window and doors. With great service

The worst company to deal with, project manager has no clue, would not talk to the builder. On the first delivery every single window had to be returned due to size issues. 2 sliders were measured and made incorrectly 4 times! Has introduced over a month delay with our build, when raising this issue up the food chain I was fobbed off. I had originally planned to purchase a kitchen from Hagley too but I'm so glad I didn't. Several windows still have scratches. Stay away from them it's not worth the hassle.

All I want is a quote for double glazing on my house this is a third company that is made an appointment and then cancel Well re-scheduled and then not showing up Thanks you for wasting my time Jason. Good to know you don't need the potential 25 for 30 grand worth of work
