Walked in barber appointment Sat. Advised all booked but space available Sun around 1pm. Cut from Les. Super nice, friendly and polite young man. Made interesting conversation and magnificent skin fade medium height with minimum top trim. Fair charge for a solid fade. Highly recommended and will return for his services next time visiting home.

The sales guy was really friendly. I also wanted to add as soon as my husband and I stepped off the escalator we were greeted with a smile, then we were help and served by Troy S who was very knowledgeable friendly and interesting to talk to. The eye contact was excellent. 11 out of 10 for great staff

Staff were kind and friendly, not all over you and let you do your thing and if you need a hand they are always there to help. Cool that they records and a barber there aswell but I was only there for clothes.

Awfully unpleasant. They had a speaker blasting music into cashel mall theh inside the music was also overly load. Staff member came upto me and said hows it going. I said I cant hear you the music's way to loud. She replied oh go home" and walked away. Prity poor customer service and no need to blast music outdoors. Hallenstiens is the type of unpleasant you find in teenagers blasting tacky music off their phones. People dont want music they dont like being blasted at them. And if a customer complains to you you should never reply "oh go home". Definitely wont be spending money there. Rude lady working there and not a welcoming vibe. No suprise their was NO CUSTOMERS purchasing anything while I was there"

Haven't ventured into town much. Dropped into Hallestein's and came out with a few bargains from a well stocked,very clean and well laid out store.Staff exceptionally helpful.Recommend to anyone looking for great service
