Real New Zealand Tours

My wife and I were touring on bicycles and we were very excited to find a package deal for the Sounds out of Te Anau. It was a great deal and we were happy to pay more for the overnight, until we got to Te Anau and realized that there was no transportation included, or that matched up with the tours. We spent hours trying to find affordable transportation and ended up finding what we needed from one external company for one. Real NZ finally gave us a discount on the transport to the other tour (after talking to multiple people and finding lots of deadends). It was an incredible experience and we would highly recommend both tours--however as cyclists it was very frustrating that the original price we paid did not include transport, and there was no easy or affordable way of adding it on.

Geoff is extremely helpful, professional and patient. He put in countless hours helping me plan my group trip to New Zealand. He is friendly and very easy to work with and would recommend them to anyone looking to go to New Zealand.
