Highly recommended! My kids are taking Chinese and Math courses at WuKong, the course design is reasonable, the teachers are professional and the service is considerate. The progress is significant.

I was recommended by my friend and was amazed by the professional teachers and the improvement of my kid. She can now conduct small talks with my parents and friends without my help, our family is very satisfied with the result.

Actually it is hard for us to find a suitable course for our teenage girl, especially when she already has a certain foundation in Chinese. We've enrolled her in some other courses before but she either feels the course is too basic and helpless to her or it is purely examination-oriented and extremely boring. It troubled us for quite a long time to find a course for her, until one friend recommended WuKong's Advanced Chinese to us. The course is fun but not shallow in content delivery, it focuses on the language but also the culture behind it, not like those exam-oriented courses which can easily overlook the cultural part. Anyway, we do love and recommend WuKong Chinese to you!

Highly recommended! Just started the lessons. The lesson was designed well for the kids. The vivid and organised class attracted kids to explore the Chinese. My child was really engaged with the class and interested in the topics and the new information. Good communication, efficient&professional staff, attention to all details and love the small designated group for the study.

The experience we had was an unpleasant one. We felt the approach of the school or at least the person who contacted us was quite aggressive. I received many calls from Ashley every day during my business hours to set up a trial. She did not wait for me to call them back at my convenient time but kept calling me until she got me on the phone. After I set up the trial, I received a 24 hours notice, then 2 hours notice, then phone calls, about the scheduled class. As I was at work and missed the calls, I tried to call back but no one answered my call. I confirmed attending the class by email but I was not certain if the class was cancelled as I missed their call to confirm. I found their instruction was quite confusing. I tried to log in the online classroom just to make sure the teacher was not there waiting. The password provided did not work. I assumed that the class was cancelled. The next day I received several phone calls from the school. Even though the voice mail left to me says if I am interested in rescheduling the class, I should call back, they did not wait for my return call, they kept calling me through the day until got me on the phone. I tried to explain to Ashley about my experience. She did not have any patience listening to me.Before I even had a few words in, she became very defensive and started raising her voice. I did not feel there was a point to explain and engage with her any further. I told her that we do not think its a good fit. Ashley responded Apparently its not a good fit. You have a good day. Bye." We have used WuKong for a while. There is variable quality with the teachers but we did find one that we liked. However, their service may not be for everyone. It's very hard sell" asking you to buy almost a year's worth of lessons at once (as a minimum

My daughter has studied at WuKong officially a year now, the improvement is huge. She can write many Chinese characters and her speaking is more accurate and fluent! Thank you teachers and consultants.

Highly recommend WuKong! Our family absolutely loves WuKong's teachers, they care about students like family members, the course contents are reasonable and you can witness the rapid growth of your child's Chinese proficiency!

I absolutely love WuKong Education! Sometimes when I want to teach my kid some Chinese, he just cannot concentrate and keep focused. But once I got him enrolled in WuKong's Chinese class, he seems to be more interested in the language, with all the course-time interaction and iconic characters and staff. WuKong really has its way to teach kids, strongly recommend!

My daughter has been using Wukong for quite a while. She really loves it. Wukong is very well designed, interesting to kids and good homework to strengthen the Chinese level. The lesson time is very flexible time options, and teaching style can be discussed with the teaching coordinator according to child's own situation. I think the long term learning can achieve a perfect high level of Chinese, which is a life-long treasure.
