The FH group have been supporting us through our new build process. Mike has supported us since day one, been open with communication and ideas / concepts and really been on this journey with us. Since getting started we have worked with Katie through the earthworks process who always kept us up to date with progress and pictures. Ashlee has helped us with all our interior and house colours, she was so approachable and easy to talk with, she understood our goals and budget and we walked away with everything we could’ve dreamed of. Kaitlin has been supporting us throughout the build process and has kept us updated with weekly progress reports. The whole team have been really approachable with great communication. All the team are always just a phone call away and have been a great company to work alongside this journey with. Thanks Mike & team!

Gareth was super helpful and responsive when we got in touch with him about getting us through a house we spotted. He was also helpful in giving us proper guidance on each step of the process of buying our house. I also found him to be very informative, professional, and approachable. He is a real people person with a good understanding of the market.Gareth effectively and accurately communicated between and the vendor, resulting in a deal being done so quickly.Throughout the whole process, including the actions following our offer being accepted, Gareth communicated clearly about the next steps which helped us feel less freaked out as first home buyers. After sales care is non-existent. As soon as their “1 year warranty” period expires, they don’t want to hear from you, and they won’t go out of their way to point you in the direction of THEIR contractor who installed something that has subsequently proven to be defective. We’ve used another local new build provider before (Golden Homes) and FH would do well to get some tips from them about how to look after their customers. Really disappointing.
