Star Drycleaning Northwest

This business does not deserve any star at all. My favourite coat was ruined and Max who I believe is the owner is so arrogant, does not take responsibility and blames the manufacturer even, how appalling. And apparently I am being difficult , like hello, it is my coat I have entrusted to you and for you to expect me to not be upset after seeing what it had become is unbelievable. Do not take your clothes in his business.If there's a consolation, Annie the lady that works there, is lovely and i don't know how she handles such an arrogant boss.

*BEWARE**Bentley Drycleaners has very nice staff however the owners of this company have no idea what customer service is. They are highly arrogant tried to get hold of Max for two weeks to express concern around the laundry wash that it was not done properly and had left stains on the shirt. Spin that I was told was it was due to changing deodorant. I asked them to re wash it and they told me to go home and wash it with persil. Would never go back here and not recommend a place like this other reviews are highly accurate around the negative experience. How do you run a business with such arrogance and negligence.

Excellent dry cleaners and the most amazing service. Clothes come back perfect. The lady is absolutely lovely and the best customer service I have ever received. The text service is great too. Thank you for always going above and beyond.

Unfortunately I did not have a very good experience with this Dry-cleaning company. At the end of May this year (2016) I took in x2 black coats, white shirt and brown trousers, they had a 25% discount so I paid around $75 for the lot which I thought was standard price. However when our items returned our coats did not look like how they normally do when our coats are dry-cleaned they didn't even look like they were dry-cleaned. My husbands white shirt had a brown stain on the front, his coat jacket was missing a shoulder button and all the buttons on my coat are all loose. I write this review because I feel strongly about customer satisfaction and if I had read a review like the one I am writing I would have headed straight to my usual dry-cleaners. I think its important to for businesses to get constructive feedback from their customers so that they can give quality service. The one positive thing was that the man at the counter was very friendly.

Ruined my suit jacket - absolutely gutted

These guys give amazing service!I came in asking for an urgent job, to be done the following day. They were booked solid the next 3 days, but squeezed me in anyway. They didn't charge any extra!The job was great, and done even sooner than they saidCan not recommend them enough!

Amazing service from Star Drycleaning and their staff who went the extra mile and some more to remove graffiti from my sons blazer. You guys rock! Thank you soo much.

I keep calling to ask if my wedding dress is ready and they’re telling me different things each time. Its not ready yet or that its not in their system! Appalling!!!

Northwest Bentley Dry cleaners-great customer service with Annie knowing my name as I walk in the door. Excellent text service when I’ve forgotten to pick up my items. Reasonable prices, professionally presented and care taken. Highly recommended!
