We were pleasantly surprised to see a variety of products on offer for all kinds of fishing, boating and sailing. The staff made themselves available and responded well when we needed them. The biggest plus for us was the personal interest and attention to our specific needs. Sean especially went above and beyond to answer all our questions and make orders on our behalf. We’ve been here several times already in only 1 week and we will keep coming back!

Unbelievable in today's world that a business doesn't recognize disabilities and cater for them in thier company policies. Rude and arrogant enjoyment was how the staff member appeared when he told me their company didn't recognize legitmate mask exemptions, and I was not allowed into the store. No problem, I'll spend my money elsewhere.

Easy to find just off Fanshawe Street, plenty of parking, good selection of sailing clothing which is why I generally shop there. Just purchased Americas cup clothing on sale .

Spent some time with a staff member choosing a rod, some lures and a reel. Another staff member came over and started to spool the reel. Before he could get started the manager came out and told me they could not do it as they were short staffed. There were 3 staff members and the shop was empty!. He wouldn't budge even when I said i'd have to go elsewhere due to my own time constraints. I left everything behind and went to Burnsco, very annoying. I'm an easy customer and the manager made it impossible for me to complete my purchase.

I see Marcus meet same guy I met today he did not even acknowledge me Rude and arrogant enjoyment was how the staff member appeared I see they are looking for staff, I went to burnsco and spent $800, They were polite and helpful

Denied entry though I have a mask exemption. Was told they can make their own rules as its a private business. Their loss of $10k+. Will look elsewhere for a replacement dinghy & motor package. Along with other bits provisioning our boat.
