Pizza was fine but, when I went to collect it 2 older guys were just sitting on the counters on their phones. I stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. A lot of younger workers, maybe set an example for them & help them out.

The most stingiest toppings. half topped, half missing.undercooked, over charged hole of a place. Won't answer ph for hours. Are rude chauvinistic pigs of men. The amount of times they wait till near on closing time, then answer the phone then hang up on you if you want to order.Seriously. Sort this disgusting dump of a place out. It used to be good. Now it's kak.

45 minute wait for two pizzas that came out like this I think not, I’ll stick to Pizza Hut. All while I’m listening to the staff bicker loudly at each other for using expired cheese and messing up orders. Seriously, get it together you had enough staff on to make it work better then whatever that s!!!t show was. When I asked where my order was the girl at the till grabbed mine of the bench as though it had been ready but just sitting there. I grabbed a slice in the way out the door which was cold.

Domino’s Pizza Taupo
The pizza was great - exactly what you should expect from Domino's! You can't compare it to a true Italian pizza that costs 4x the price! We ordered online for collection and it was ready, for collection in less than 10 mins! When we went to collect, the staff were friendly and helpful - what more can you want from a take away pizza place!

Ordered a New Yorker meat pizza, place was empty apart from us, the pizza we felt was a little under cooked. The randomness of the lady cutting the pizza ensured there were arguments as to who had the larger slices, there was also a strange aftertaste of something like nutmeg which made the pizza simply average.

Absolutely outstanding service, ordered delivery and came super fast. They got one of my pizzas wrong and replaced it before they even got here, and they gave me the right pizzas and the one they mucked up!! Haven’t had domino’s in a very long time, but I’m glad I chose to have it tonight! Super pleased! (Also the lady riding the motorbike and delivering pizzas, very pleased with your customer service).

I tried to order a delivery pizza but they refused to come to my address because it wasn't in there system. not sure if you have heard of google maps but its on there guys so no excuse.

Absolutely terrible service. Ordered 2 hours ago and still waiting for our delivery pizza. Have rang the store twice and they could not care less. Not good enough, it should not take this long for a basic pizza. If delivery times are taking this long it should be noted when you order. Do not recommend if you want to eat anything anywhere close to the time you ordered.Go elsewhere.
