Purchased underfloor heating system from Heat IQ after various visits and over $1k per month power bills we have given up and installed a ducted heat pump which is amazing. Now left with a big ugly $25,000 boat anchor that can't be used for anything as found out the unit wasn't even an inverter one and only 4 years old no wonder the power bills. Gutted
