On very short notice and on a very hot, sunny Saturday afternoon when I'm sure the beaches were much more appealing, Deev came over to our home, gave us some excellent advice in terms of placement and type of heat pump for our living space, and installed a beautiful looking MItsubishi Avanti series 2.7Kw Heat Pump, back to back, all within a few hours - which filled the once oven-like room with cool, fresh air within minutes, making all the difference.Deev was friendly, professional and knew what he was talkig about. Needless to say, highly recommend.

Totally unprofessional. Been in contact with him from 1 month or more. Then i talk to him few days ago and booked assessment for heat pump. No phone answer no contact.Even he didn’t answer phone before. Have to ring him again n again.I would say never get any service from him. As i am going to get new heat pump. He is not answering phone call. I will guarantee if you get any service from him and you got any faults he will never show up. Rather going to him go to reputated company. Who atleast always there and answer your calls.And also feel some of the reviews here are fake.

Our internal unit's pump to expel water broke down, and we had water in the wardrobe.When I rang Deev said he would be round that afternoon. He came and fitted new better quality, and quieter pump early afternoon.Very good and prompt service, as we needed the unit working for my wife who is ill.

Had the team out today to install a heat pump in my bedroom that I provided but they installed. The price was amazing I rang around and they are by far the best price not only that the owner is super friendly and did an amazing job I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend.

Only 5 stars?! if I could give WAC 10 stars I would. My new shop had some real issues, and Dave went above-and-beyond to resolve them all. He was generous with his time and knowledge, and went out of his way to finish my complex project on schedule. I found him to be honest and trustworthy, and I'm very pleased with his work. Will definitely use him again if needed."

Excellent price for a quality product. I could have got a product, from another supplier, that would have cost less initially but could easily have cost more in the long run. My research showed that Daikin are more reliable that other brands and nobody else could match their price for the same units. Friendly and tidy people. Offered me choices of where they could install and advise on what would be best but ultimately it was my choice. Initially there was a bit of a breakdown in communication but we had a great result in the end. I had 2 heat pumps installed in two properties and would use them again.
