I called this business after being referred onwards by a mechanic after describing my engine issues. I gave the same description to the receptionist on the phone. She laughed at my inquiry and was very dismissive throughout the phonecall. I am very disappointed as I really need help with this issue. I will have to try elsewhere.

These guys really know their stuff! Super helpful and went out of their way to accommodate me. I even pestered them with questions about the work they were doing and they took the time to answer and explain the problem and how they were fixing it. I learnt so much from them. All the work was completed to an excellent standard and I will definitely be using these guys for all my future work.

Even though they had been recommended, was still pleasantly suprised at how straight forward and efficient they were. Very reasonable rates. Its definitely a Mum + Pop + Son outfit, was very relaxed and they were very good at explaining things. Very likable crew.I noticed of the very few complaints on this site, nearly all are related to phone calls. This is more a stop-in-and-say-Hi place. 150% will be going back when the need arises.

I called regarding a suspicious quote from a mechanic, they diagnosed the issue over the phone and suggested a much cheaper solution - changing the spark plugs! I will definitely come here if I need anything in the future, honesty and expertise is hard to come by!
