Went for first session. Couldn't get in. Lift wouldn't go up, and stairwell door locked, with no-one answering knocking. So better phone first to check they are actually open.

Great studio, friendly teachers and good mixture of practices incorporating Bikram for warm up, Hatha, Vinyasa and Ying for stretches. Im regularly stopping by on business trips to Wellington.

Lovely, welcoming studio with all the bits and bobs one might need! (Mats to hire, showers, soaps and shampoos provided, blocks and straps provided, etc.) You can tell that the owners really care for their space and fellow yogis.

I have been going to Hot Yoga Featherston St for about 9 months. I feel invigorated after attending the Power Vinyasa classes - an excellent 45 minute lunch time break, or a longer 60 minute class on the weekend. I've experienced a number of teachers/guides for my practice and there is a wide variety of styles available at Hot Yoga Wellington. I will say I try and make a class a week, two if I can fit it into my schedule.

The place to go to for hot yoga (or anything yoga related really) in Wellington. HYW is an institution really. The space is fantastic and the teachers and staff are really passionate about yoga.

Absolutely love this studio. The range of classes, the facilities and most of all the people. It's a lovely community and the teachers are extremely helpful. If you want to push your practice they are always happy to assist in whatever way they can.
