Took my phone into these guys due to a charging port issue. They quickly diagnosed the problem, cleaned out the port, fixed the issue, and returned it to me free of charge. They also gave me advice on how to fix the issue if it occurs in the future and what they can do should I need to replace it. I will definitely use them for my IT repairs in the future and highly recommend them to everyone!

Have dealt with Smashed it Ponsonby for years, and theyre always super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They've helped fix mac related problems everytime or referred me if irs external to the place that can and given useful advice. Highly recommend, theyre also fast!

Great service, got an instant response online for a quote to replace the back glass on my phone and they were able to book me in for repair the following day. Quality parts, can't even tell it was ever broken. Would definitely come back again for any phone repairs.

I had an iPhone 12pro Max screen repaired here. The FaceID was broken which I was told by another repairer was not able to be fixed. SmashedIT fixed it. They were also fast and Nick went above and beyond the call of duty by taking my old screen to replace just the glass while giving me an interim screen (which is pretty average tbh). Thank you . Definitely better service than Apple Genius Bar.

Great experience overall communicated via email and came back to me quickly with all my queries before I dropped my phone off to get fixed in an hour tops only at there Ponsonby branch. It had a really smashed up screen on my S21 Ultra which I just had it for just a year. I dropped it face on a concrete pathway even though it had a screen protector and a durable cover on.. For such a recent phone I did not want to take the chance with using a cheaper quote somewhere else and not quality parts or customer service like Smashed IT. Plus I really liked the reviews for Smashed IT and nearly 5 stars I could not go past them. If in the unlikely event I may need there services again I would not hesitate using them and fully recommend to all they are the real deal and Mervyn and team did a great job looks brand new thanks again really appreciate it. They will quote before hand so you know what you are looking at cost wise as well. No nasty surprises.
