Needed someone to help my 80yr old grandparents to maintain their garden. Initially the communication and hourly rate offered was great. However after paying for 12hrs of gardening in advance, the communication began to disappear. He was late to each appointment at my grandparents place and would just turn up without letting them know he had arrived.After an average job was carried out pruning one of their trees my grandparents requested he did not return. I have made 3 attempts to request a refund of the unworked hours paid in advance with no response or refund made whatsoever.I think this guy has the right idea, just lacks the motivation and communication required to carry out the service at a decent standard.Wouldn't book his services again.

Brilliant service. Windows look amazing. Even went the extra mile and cleaned the shower glass and mirror. Highly recommended.
