I had such a wonderful experience getting my brows done today with Susie! My brows look fantastic and she made me feel very comfortable. I can’t wait to come back!

Came in for my first ever brow lamination and left feeling amazing! Tamara is so good at what she does, and is super friendly.

Tiare was really good at what she does best! I left feeling good and confident with my brow lamination. Definitely will come back.

I got my eyebrows done @ Sylvia park Sephora benefit brow bar on the 14th October at around 6 or 7pm and the girl who did my eyebrows was amazing and went above and beyond. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Ashita did mine and my friends eyebrows she took her time to make sure they looked perfect we had a great conversation while she was doing it. She made sure to explain what to do afterwards to help us shape our eyebrows. 10/10 service would 100% recommend

On 15 April 2023, I booked an appointment for Brow Wax, when I arrived at the store, I was told there is no staff on board and my appointment was not cancelled, or advised of by the staff. The following week on 23 April 2023, I re-booked my appointment for 10am, I reached there at 9:45am, the staff only came in after 10am after being called by a Sephora staff to say your customers are waiting. I was only attended after 10:30am and that too be disappointed with my brows shape. It is definitely not worth paying the price of $36. Both these bookings were for two people, so definitely not worth $72!!! Before the above experiences, we had our brows done by one of your staff at Sylvia Park who was perfect and this staff of yours did comment that our brows are so easy to wax that it is hard for anyone to mess up, so we don’t know what happened the last two visits. I don’t mind paying the price as long as my brows match each other and are done correctly. I’m very disappointed in your services.
