Amazing. Going to Shake Shed Bayfair like going to a house of friend who wants to share with you the drink they loved in childhood. Staffs were naturally friendly and professional. I tried the first time Brown Sugar bubble tea. I can't wait to have it again, the flavour was so rich and it was like nothing i had drunk before.I can't recommend this place high enough and will come back soon.

Pretty good tea, but the only male staff there disappointed me in services. I am not sure why he is so impolite to his customer every time. Once, I ordered four cups of milk tea; he left them on the table. I am the only customer at that time. I am not sure how I could carry four cups with two hands. I asked him do you have a bag. He looked at me impatiently and said, we do not have a bag; we only got a carrying tray. I never met anybody service like that. Also, one day I heard from somebody else, while she was ordering milk tea, that man asked his co-worker; he said he could not understand what the customer said; he was wondering whether she could understand what is she talking about. Another staff said she could understand. He is so rude and arrogant. That lady said she would not go back to your store again the same as me just because of your staff's unacceptable bad attitude.

My partner and I went to the shake shed today and my boyfriend accidentally ordered me milk ice tea and I'm lactose intolerant and after informing the lovely girl serving us that we ordered it by accident she made us a brand new one without milk I wish we got her name but hopefully you read this

Love this place. ❤️❤️❤️the best iced coffee and bubble tea in Tauranga with a wonderful atmosphere and lovely smile behind the counter. I tried almost everything in their shop, 20+ ice cream flavours, multiple iced coffees, and bubble tea with popping boba was amazing. Love peach & lychee flavour.

I ordered the brown sugar bubble tea and the taste was terrible! The milk was more like water and the topping balls was too hard to chew :(

These are a great place to stop and grab a tasty treat while you are shopping in either Bayfair or Papamoa Plaza, if you are into ice-cream, frozen treat drinks or a Boba Tea (which is definitely my daughter's favourite) it's well worth a visit, staff are very friendly and helpful, with a great variety of goodies. Excellent.

Wow! Couldn't believe have this great brown sugar bubble tea with milk cheese foam in Tauranga at Bayfair! Fresh, tasty and creative! Their staff are also very nice and friendly. Such a nice drink and it made my day, I will come again. Strongly recommend!!
