Bethlehem Ultrasound

We visited this clinic today. The receptionist was super helpful on the phone and just as friendly in person. The sonographer was very professional and caring.

Wow I am so disappointed. Bethlehem Ultrasound now known for their Discrimination protocol and not allowing a non inoculated person in their establishment as a support person. We all know by now that having the Covid inoculation does not stop you from getting Covid or passing it on and nor does it lessen the chances of getting covid. So why the discrimination ?? I can only guess that this is a personal led protocol that comes from the owner. Highly disappointing considering other Radiology establishments are not implementing this discrimination protocol. I would recommend that this protocol gets reassessed and Bethlehem Ultrasound takes a good hard look at themselves as to why they are the only Radiology that have essentially an inoculation pass. The last time I had a scan at Bethlehem Ultrasound we found out that our baby had no heartbeat so it is understandable and completely within my right as a human being that I have a support person to attend our now up in coming scan. I don't think I am special and that I should be treated differently, I think everyone deserves the right to a support person because NO ONE can guarantee a positive outcome for a scan. Radiology is an essential service and having this current protocol in place is causing even more unwarranted trauma to a potential situation. You Bethlehem Ultrasound have a choice. That choice is to either stand on the right side of history or to comply to the continuing divide of this country. It's never too late to make it right. So please make this right !!

I like Bethlehem ultrasound cos it's cheaper than some places. Just wondering who to contact about receiving ultrasound pictures that were ment to be sent ages ago. I have emailed but no reply. I had my last scan on the 22nd of Feb.

Really rude and made me feel very uncomfortable.

Pam was very kind and I really appreciate a appointment being made for me today. Only gave 1 star as I feel $245 for a 2 minute ultrasound is absolutely ridiculous and greedy.I've worked in the medical profession before so I know the equipment is super expensive and the ultrasonography had to train and I am paying for his knowledge but I still think this is a bit of a joke.

Great experiences here, run on time, thorough explanations of what they are looking at, share all images with you, not just a couple. Superior service, and cheaper than other Radiology services in our area.

After being told that I had to wait 3weeks elsewhere I called these guys and I managed to get an appointment within 15 minutes. Very impressed with their service and friendly team.

The care I received here was amazing. Pam is the loveliest, kindest receptionist I've ever encountered, and Melanie walked me through the whole procedure, explaining everything as she went. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Good experience especially dealing with different ethnicity in the UK lead me on the right pathway to conceive. Grateful for the experience with uterine fibroids.

Melanie is lovely - we are currently expecting our second bubba. No question is stupid, she explains things clearly (what she's looking at, baby's progress etc.), everything in layman's terms. Very patient, especially as our 6-year-old comes along every time! Thank you
