It was a pleasure to deal with Jenco. The phone receptionist was efficient and friendly. The Jenco electrician (Ryno) turned up on time, diagnosed the problem quickly (it was caused by the poor workmanship of a previous electrician) , fixed it, and explained everything to me patiently and clearly. The cost was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Overall not very happy with their service. It took them 3 visits to our property just to get 2 outdoor lights working, but ended up having to disconnected 2 bulbs because of damaged bulbs.Since we promised the new owner for our property to get the lights working, we asked for a quote to get the 2 bulbs connection replaced somehow. They said I had to replace the whole lamp post and gave a price for a new one from one of their suppliers and it would cost $1,995 + GST. A total rip-off as a quick google search of a similar post would give us nothing over $360.With the help of some of my electrician friends, we ended up checking up the bulbs and cleaned the rust and water damage, then sealed the hole that was causing the damage, reconnected them back and now it's working again.The electricians were helpful and regularly checks with me, but the offer on the lamp post was a massive turn off for me. They never replied to my last email when asking for an alternative solution for it.

Great job done by really nice guys! Had an emergency job and Wayne came and sorted it. I also then needed some more work done (to fix some previous cowboys job they charged for and didn't finish), so I called Jenco again. They were punctual, polite, friendly and informative. Did a great job in less time than they allowed and came in on budget. Highly recommend these guys.

Had a great experience of Jenco today - really speedy response to our request for help. The guys were onsite within 2 hours and worked to get a big job done quickly (before the weather turned). They did a very tidy job. I recommend them and will definitely use them again. Thanks guys :)

We're currently renovating the kitchen, so there's a lot of wiring rewiring, new wiring, as well as installation of recessed LED lights and general lighting.The guys were brilliant. Polite, on time, did a good job and cleaned up after themselves.Would totally recommend Jenco. We will be using them again.
