Took in a school blazer to be dry cleaned, went to pick it up a week later and it was sitting amongst a group of items that weren’t covered in the usual plastic. When I asked for the blazer to be placed in a plastic cover, the lady said that they had “run” out of the plastic sleeves. Lady - the whole rack was individually wrapped in plastic except the ones that were separated by plastic carrier. Won’t be using them again.

My local dry cleaner (Browns Bay), I get my suit pants cleaned here. Less expensive than the one in Albany Westfield for suit pants and they are very nice. Good service.

Just love them! I brought my special wedding dress to them, that has so much stains by the way, and gave my full trust that they will clean it for me. The process on dealing with them was easy and clear. They informed me about the fabrics of my dress, the risks and the stain removal. At first Im worried that they might ruin it but they exceeded my expectations! All the details was provided even where to open the box - small details but very important to give to customers. Thank you guys for looking after my dress with care will definitely recommend you to my friends and families and will come back for sure.

Friendly staff, not sure about the professionalism...Specifically asked for the stain looked after, result shows no works done to it, and no mentioning on the order after the store staff ckecked. No prior communication if it wasn't achievable.Been to the other drycleaners before, jacket normally come back nicely pressed, not this one...Will have to take them to another dry cleaner to see the results before commenting further.
